　　1. Wear the right size 穿合码的衣服

　　Wear clothes that fit your figure( 身材), not clothes that draw attention to the wrong places. If clothes are too tight, all the bulges( 赘肉), or any other flaw² you may have will show through. If clothes are too big , they add bulk³ and can make you look heavier than you actually are.

　　选择与你身材相符的服饰，而不是那些会产生反效的。如果你的衣服太紧，那你身上的赘肉或其他一些缺点将会暴露无遗。如果太松，则会由于松垮而使你显得更加臃肿。

　　2. Create a V-Iine 创造V型线

　　Try exposing more of your neck. When your neck appears more, it has a slimming affect. Therefore, wear low cut blouses or T-shirts with V-necks to highlight⁴ your beautiful neck.

　　尽量露出较多的颈部。修长的颈部会使你整个人看起来很苗条。因此，带有V字领的上衣或衬衫将会突显你完美的颈部。

　　3. Be careful with accessories⁵( 配饰) 谨慎选择配饰

　　Accessories can also make you look fatter or thinner. Avoid using a large belt if you have tummy, since you are drawing attention in your tummy. In the same way, necklaces which are too close to your face should be used carefully if you have a double chin, because it will accentuate( 突显)the chin.

　　配饰也会使你产生靡肿或修长的视觉效果。如果你腹部赘肉很多，则避免佩戴宽腰带，那会使你的腹部成为焦点。同样道理，如果你有双下巴，则应谨慎选择短项链，因为它会突显你的下巴。
