In the letter, Nokia also assures its partners that all existing agreements will remain in place, stating:

Microsoft announced plans to acquire Nokia for $7.2 billion back in September 2013 and Nokia shareholders approved the deal in November.
In a brief press statement released on Sunday, Nokia revealed it expects the sale of its devices and services business to Microsoft to close on April 25.
