创作团体Sweetbox并不是所谓的组合，自1995年出道起，到2011年一共有5任女主唱，也就是说在14年里分别有5位女歌手代表Sweetbox，它只能说是一个创作团体。糖果盒子于1995年以一个音乐项目的名义建立，它的诞生意义就是要融合各式的风格元素，就像从一个糖果盒子里取出一枚糖果却不知其味的那种感觉，因此取名Sweetbox。Sweetbox以融合当代灵魂、嘻哈元素、古典旋律与流行的节奏进军乐坛，95年推出首只单曲"Booyah Here We Go"；97年一首取样自巴哈名曲《G弦之歌》的"Everything's Gonna Be Alright"传唱全球，在英国、全欧洲日本与美国告示牌都登上销售排行。不仅如此，Sweetbox还赢得了日本葛莱美点播榜Top10中停留了8周之久。

suffocate vt.使窒息；使缺氧；阻碍
记法：Suf词根“下面”+foc看做“喉咙”，因为喉咙是我们的焦点部位focus+ ate动词词尾-卡住喉咙下面－使…窒息。

choke v. 使窒息
记法：1. 谐音“抽克”-抽动休克是被掐死前的症状-使窒息。2.喝可口可乐coke一不小心呛到了几乎要choke窒息。

Choke down: 强咽下去；抑制
She did not like the food but she managed to choke it down.

elope v. 私奔，潜逃
记法：谐音是“一路跑”，私奔就是一路跑。

他们之所以私奔是由于双方家庭反对其结合。
Elope去掉e也是一个单词-lope-大步慢跑。

Push在这儿指逼迫，don’t push me就是“别逼我”，加上副词hard就是别逼我太紧。
cage in 把……关在笼子里 tie down 束缚，约束

我不在乎，你也许是个完美的男士。
I don't give a damn是美国人的口头禅，damn在这里主要起强调语气的作用，表达说话人不满、生气，或无所谓的感情。I don't give a damn!可以单独成句；也可以后面跟从句。比如要说“你来不来我都无所谓”，就是: I don't give a damn whether you come or not!
