U.S. President Joe Biden is making another push to lower gas prices as the pivotal midterm elections approach.

Russian President Vladimir Putin doubled down Wednesday on his faltering⁵ invasion of Ukraine with the declaration of martial⁶ law in four annexed⁷ regions in preparations within Russia for draconian⁸ new restrictions⁹, as well as crackdowns.
