After redefining the MP3 player market with their iPod, Apple Computer is moving into the mobile phone market with a new product that they call the iPhone. (Network technology giant Cisco Systems is suing Apple over the use of the name iPhone, which they say they have owned since their acquisition of InfoGear Technology in the year 2000.) Two models of Apple iPhone will be available in the United States for $499 and $599 this June. CEO Steve Jobs said of the iPhone "I don't want people to think of this as a computer. I think of it as reinventing the phone." Apple is clearly thinking of themselves as more than just the computer company that they used to be; they're changing the name of their company from Apple Computer Incorporated to just Apple Incorporated.
