 In southern California, hot dry sent and a wind of fuelling wilder fire burning in Santiago County. One fire in a coastal1 community of @@ has already been blamed for damage at least 30 homes, enforcing the evacuation of 15,000 homes and businesses. A number of fires are also burning, including @@ marine2 base. Mike Walden works as a spokesman for Santiago County. He says it's a scary site as wildfire advances. 

"When we came to wipe out in the wind, you get those look like just fire does double. You know they're just like round, you know, funnels3 as come out the Canyon4. You know, I don't care who we are, how tough you are, that gonna make you hard to keep a breath or more."
Latest fire broke out just hours after a crew is reportedly making some progress in containing another fire that scorched5 more than 1,500 acres in and round Santiago. Forecasts say the hot dry wind is expected to continue through tonight. 
 
President Obama is announcing a plan to speed up federal permitting for building bridges and highways and for other infrastructure6 work. NPR's Craig Windham reports, president was speeding a New York aging Tappan Zee Bridge which has been replaced. 
The president says the staff they're taking well accelerant infrastructure projects. 
"We're cutting bureaucratic7 red tape to store good projects from breaking ground. We're launching a new national permitting sentence to implementing8 this reforms."
President says road, bridge and port projects create jobs and help to attract business to the US. 
"The alternative is to do nothing and watch business go to places that haven't our standing9 projects."
The initiative is a part of president's push to get lawmakers to replenish10 the highway trust fund which pays for road's repair and construction. 
"If they don't act by the end of the summer, federal funding for transportation projects will run out."

Citigroup says it's fired 11 people of its Mexican subsidiary because of its accounting11 fraud scandal. NPR's Jim Zarroli says those fires include 4 manager directors. 
The news came as a memo12 to Citigroup employees from CEO Michael Corbat. The company says employees were fired because they failed to do enough to prevent the fraud. In Mexican, oil service company is under investigation13 for obtaining more than 400 million dollars in illegal loans from Citigroup subsidiary, Banamex. The company allegedly used faking voices to obtain the loans. One Banamex employee directly involving the lending was fired in February. After an internal investigation, the bank is now deciding to fire 11 more, and the Citigroup says more people could be let go as the investigation progresses. Jim Zarroli, NPR News, New York. 
 
Government says its producer price index as the cost of goods and services before they reached consumers rose by the biggest diminish in 7 months in April , up 0.7%.

The WHO today called for aggressive and effective control measures particularly in hospitals to contain abruptly18 escalating19 MERS outbreak. MERS has sickened almost 600 people and caused 171 death since it was first identified in 2012. The epicenter of the outbreak is Saudi Arabia, but over the last week the US confirmed its first 2 cases. Both patients are Saudi health workers who recently flew into the country. Many, the latest merge16 infection and MERS, patients and staff from hospitals in the Middle East. The WHO today said an improving infection control and hospital both in Saudi Arabian Peninsula and elsewhere is the most important step right now in containing the outbreak.
