剧中：Kiss her for heaven’s sake, while we’re still young.

while we’re still young ：表示心急，希望快点

e.g. <1>I wish they’d finish the chess game while we’re still young. They’ve been playing for three hours already.

             真希望他们能快点下完这局象棋，他们已经下了三个小时了。

       <2>They need to score while we’re still young. It’s been a boring game so far.

             他们得赶快进球，现在太没意思了。

1． 剧中：Caught him red-handed.

be caught red-handed  ：犯罪时被人当场擒获（手是红的，很紧张）

e.g. <1>He’ll definitely be going to jail. They caught him red-handed trying to take the jewelry¹ out of the shop.

              他肯定要进监狱了，这回肯定进去了，因为警察在他试图把珠宝偷出去的时候当场将他擒获。

        <2>He was just sneaking² out the back door of the museum when the police caught him red-handed with the paintings stolen.

              他正要从后门溜走的时候被警察当场擒获，人赃俱获。

motive ：动机

e.g. <1>He’s got lots of money so he had no motive to rob the bank.

             他有很多钱，所以没有动机去抢银行。

      <2>He wanted to show his girlfriend that he could drive but he didn’t have a car. That was his motive for stealing one.

            他想展示给他的女朋友他可以开车，可是他没有车，这就是他要偷一辆车的动机。
