 　　Remember when a judge appeared on a talent show? We were happy. Their expertise¹ and professional advice made the show seem credible².

 

　　还记得某位评委亮相某档选秀节目时的情景吗？我们都很开心。他们的专家点评使得整个选秀似乎看上去更具公信力了。

 

　　TV talent shows have multiplied in recent years and the role of judges has changed. It’s not unusual for judges to use harsh words about the contestants³; or to cry over a contestant’s performance; or even walk out. They are stealing the show.
