　　Where there's a smoke, there's fire 直译过来就是：“哪里有烟就说明哪里有火”，这个短语的正确意思是：“无风不起浪”。因此，当美国人说"Where there's a smoke, there's fire."时，他/她要表达的意思就是:"Everything happens for a reason."、"Nothing comes from nothing."、"Everything has its seed."。
