YouTube将收购Twitch

　　BEIJING, May 19 (Xinhuanet) -- Twitch¹, the popular video live streaming website, is to be acquired by YouTube, according to media reports Monday.
The deal, for 1 billion dollars in cash, is said to be YouTube’s largest acquisition since its acquisition by Google in 2006, and is "expected to be announced imminently³", as is quoted from Variety.com.
However, according to Wall Street Journal, discussions are still early and "a deal isn't imminent²."
Twitch, one of the largest video sites, dwarfs⁴ YouTube when it comes to live-streaming and video games.
