 　　Donald Trump¹’s presidential campaign said it and the Republican National Committee had generated a bumper² $64m in donations in July despite deepening controversy³ over the billionaire candidate’s conduct.

Mr Trump suggested Americans pull out of the stock market and ordered the mother of a crying baby to remove the child from a rally in Virginia.
