The Australian share market has shed around 61 billion dollars in value today after a sell-off which began on Wall Street spread to our region. No sector¹ was spared from the losses with major falls for financials, energy and tech stocks. Markets in London, Frankurt and Paris have all fallen sharply in early trade.
