on- the- job training(在职培训)与on-site training的区别： 前者还指在正常的工作时间接受培训。
F: So tell me about on site training, what are the advantages?
M: with on-the-job training, the workers train on the new computerized machines.
F: right on the factory floor?
M: on the factory floor with an instructor³ on side during normal working hours.
