Lesson 79 Sue’s diary¹: A new kite
The other day
Sandy and I bought a new kite
and a big ball of string².
It was³ very windy
so we flew⁴ our kite
in the park.
The wind blew hard
and our kite flew very high
and very well.
Then the string broke⁵.
We both tried to get the string.
We ran⁶ very fast,
but the wind carried the kite far away.
We watched it for a long time
untill it flew
