Two wildfires are threatening small towns in northern California. Nearly 20,000 people were told to evacuate¹ on Monday.

Jury selection begins this week for Paul Manafort's bank fraud and tax evasion² trial. Manafort was President Trump's campaign chairman.

Four people were found dead in an apartment in Queens, New York. Police say all four were shot and it may have been a murder-suicide.

Generals from North and South Korea met on the shared border between the two countries. Discussions were expected to include reducing the number of heavy weapons and military guards around some of the border areas.
