Paul Manafort's bookkeeper testified that the former Trump campaign chair approved every penny of the bill she paid for him. She also said she was kept in the dark about foreign bank accounts used to buy millions in luxury items.

Authorities evacuated⁴ part of Lynchburg, Virginia after heavy rains. There are concerns that a dam could burst and flood part of the city.
