The death toll¹ in the Florida condominium collapse² has risen to 78 after 14 additional victims were pulled out of the rubble³. Miami-Dade Mayor Daniella Levine Cava calls the number both "staggering" and "heartbreaking." An additioral 62 people are still unaccounted for.
