Maybe you can go to a party and play your instrument, whatever it is. And if they think you're really good, they'll want to join you.

Go up to some guys and say, "Hey, wanna form a band with me?"

If you go to school, you should put up a poster saying, "Hey, I'm trying to start a band. If anyone wants to join, hit me up."
