　　在日常生活中啊，每个人都有不懂的领域，不熟悉的东西。总有会难倒自己的问题。比如我现在问你，666乘以666等于多少，你肯定不知道嘛。或者问你，世界上跑得最快的动物是哪个？你还是不知道。咦好像是豹子...但是我不知道。在这种时候，你可以用英文说，I don't know，没有问题？但是呢，很多时候，美国人爱用另一种方法表达，中文叫做难倒我了，英文叫beats me. b-e-a-t-s就是beat加s. 然后加me.It basically means "I don't know or I don't understand, or I cannot figure it out". Actually, there is another phrase for saying "I don't know", which is "you got me". You got me has several meanings, all widely used, depending on the context¹. In here, if a person asks a question you cannot answer, you can just say, like what we've discussed, "beats me" or "you got me".就是说，You got me在不同情境下有很多种意思，随便举两个例子，比如说you got me可以表示，"有我呢"，在安慰人的时候表示"有我呢，不用怕"。或者说警察住小偷的时候，（小偷）可以说"you got me",抓到我了。在表达我不知道的时候的情景，you got me就是表示和beats me一样，难倒我了。注意一下，这里的beats me是省略了it. 本来全橘子应该是It beats me，但是口语中我们基本不用这个it，直接省略。所以就直接说beats me.如果大家看老友记的话，可呢还会有印象，Ross曾经在这个某一集中说过，我记得是当时谁跟他讲了一个问题，好像是chandler,提了一个问题，然后Ross说，I don't know, beats me. 就是说我不知道，难道我了的意思。
