 In China, food is usually connected with gratefulness. 在中国美食常常和感恩联系在一起。

Another kind of pottery² cooker is used in Kunming, a city near Shangri-La. 离香格里拉不远的省城昆明可以见到另一种。

Steam Pot Chicken. It is prepared by a method between boiling and steaming. 气锅鸡。一种介于煮和蒸之间的烹制方法。

The broth³ is turned into steam by heat, Jianshui Steam Pot and then steams into the pots through the horn-shaped tunnels in the centre. 高汤化成蒸气（建水气锅）顺着气锅中心的通道蒸腾到每一层锅里。

The steam cools down in the pots and turns back into liquid. 再次液化成汤。
