 　　"Sorry, Fox," she said¹.

　　“对不起，小狐，” 她说。

　　Dexter has to help at home all day.

　　德克斯特这一整天都得在家帮忙。

　　"That's no fun," said Fox. "Come on, Louise."

　　“真没劲儿，” 小狐说，“走吧，露易丝。”

　　Dexter watched from the window.

　　德克斯特透过窗户向外说道。

　　"Sorry, Fox," he said.

　　“对不起啦小狐。”他说。

　　Next Fox went to Betty's house.

　　小狐又朝贝蒂的家走去。

　　"Betty has chicken pox," said her mom.

　　“贝蒂长了水痘，” 贝蒂妈妈说.

　　"Can she still play?" asked Fox.

　　“那她还能出来玩吗？” 小狐问。

　　“当然不行了，” 贝蒂妈妈说。

　　"Poor Betty," said Fox.

　　“可怜的贝蒂，” 小狐说。

　　Come on, Louise.

　　走吧，露易丝。

　　"Okay," said Louise.

　　“好的，” 露易丝说。

　　"Sorry, Fox," said Betty.

　　“对不起，小狐，” 贝蒂说。

　　"You can't help it," said Fox.
