 　　"I told a fib," said Fox.

　　“我撒了个小谎，” 小狐说。

　　"Really, Fox!" said Carmen. "That makes me hopping¹ mad!"

　　"I won't do it again," said Fox.

　　“下不为例，” 小狐说。

　　In an hour they felt better. But Dexter kept on smoking.
