　　Mr. Smith, I'm wondering whether you have found a way of considering my offer? 史密斯先生 ,我想知道你方对我方的报价考虑好了吗？

　　I certainly have the will but I wonder if I've found the way. 我当然想考虑好，但却无法考虑好。

　　You see, I made what I consider to be a reasonable offer based upon the rise in production costs, 你知道，我的报价是很合理的，现在生产成本在上涨，

　　and the continued fall in the exchange rate of Australian Dollar to U. S. Dollar. 澳元与美元的比价在下降呢。

　　I think the  best way I can do is to reduce our price by 200 and I should think we could conclude a deal at $ 98. 我能做的是降价2%，我想我们可以以$98美元的价格达成交易。
