 　　第37期:"追问"人力资源部

　　萧何知道人力资源部管理很多事务，他想进一步了解一些情况，于是他向托马斯询问了一些相关问题。

　　Xiao He: What does Human Resources Department do?

　　Thomas: Hiring, firing, training, insurances, benefits, retirement¹ planes, salary, vacation.

　　Xiao He: They take care of a lot of things.

　　Thomas: Yes. But most of time, they provide assistances.

　　Xiao He: What do you mean?

　　Thomas: Say if the Engineering Department wants to hire a person, they will request HR to find candidates.

　　Xiao He: Yes?

　　Thomas: The Engineering Manager and his team will interview the candidates. HR will also be involved with the interview, but basically arranging the schedule and explaining the benefits.

　　Xiao He: OK.

　　Thomas: Then the Engineering Manager will choose the candidate.

　　Xiao He: I see.
