Recent decreased birth rate reach to this population aging in Japan. We really feel this problem but must change our mind and life style first. To increase birth rate gradually nurse place is needed to be built more and childcare leave needs to be improved so that we can take very easily. Finally the population ratio must be changed..... I hope for our future.
