Premier Li made the remarks on the sidelines of the first Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Leaders' Meeting in Sanya City, in south China's Hainan Province. Li said the establishment of the Lancang-Mekong River Dialogue and Cooperation (LMC) mechanism would capture the imagination of the people, as it has great development potential.
