The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission says it expects charges to be laid against the ANZ Bank, its group treasurer¹ and several other companies and individuals over an alleged² criminal cartel arrangement. A number of his friends in Australia have been named as potential key witnesses in the lawsuit according to an update filed in the US district court.
