The end of winter means the start of allergy¹ symptoms, and top allergy experts say there are some things you should know. Certain fruits, vegetables and nuts have proteins similar to those in pollen², and can cause the same symptoms, so watch what you eat. But for some, pollen might not be a problem at all, and you might have an allergy to mold or dust mites³. Allergists say even if you’ve been tested before, new allergies⁴ can develop throughout your life.

1 allergy
