President Obama laid a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknowns, opening a somber¹ ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery².

In his remarks, President Obama alluded³ to the scandal rocking the Veteran's Affairs Administration.

(President Obama) "As we've been reminded in recent days, we must do more to keep faith with our veterans and their families."
