Hackers¹ and scammers have found new ways to target college students.

Adam Levin, founder² of Cyber-Scout, says one claims to be the IRS collecting tax on student loans. They are not taxed.

And watch out if you're looking for a part-time job: "Beware of any job opportunity where they ask you to give them money for upfront supplies or training, or hire you without an interview."

Levin says always follow this advice: "Never ever give out your social security information, banking³ or credit card data over the telephone to anyone unless you initiated⁴ the conversation and it is a legitimate⁵ contact for you."

Levin says there are even scams involving student loan forgiveness and voter registration⁶. He says parents should even consider freezing college students' credit while they're in school.

黑客和诈骗贩想到了新的法子对付大学生。“网络侦查兵”的创始人亚当·莱文说，有人声称是美国国税局对学生贷款进行征税。但学生贷款是不需缴纳税费的。

找兼职的时候也要注意：“一定要警惕任何需要你给他们交钱，无论是交押金还是交培训费，或者都不用面试就录用你的兼职机会。” 

莱文说，大学生应该一直遵循如下这条建议：“永远不要通过电话向任何人透露您的社保信息，银行卡或信用卡信息，除非是你主动发起的对话，并且对方是你的合法联系人。”

莱文还说，社会上甚至还有涉及学生贷款宽免和选民登记的骗局。

他说，父母甚至应该考虑在孩子还在上学的时候冻结他们的信用卡。
