联合国维和摊款中国占10.2% 仅次于美国

 China is set to be the second-largest country to share UN peacekeeping costs from 2016 to 2018, just behind the US, accounting¹ for 10.3% of the total, according to the Under-Secretary-General for UN Peacekeeping Operations, Herve Ladsous.

联合国负责维和事务的副秘书长拉德苏近日表示，2016年至2018年，中国将承担10.3%的维和摊款，成为仅次于美国的第二大维和经费分摊国。

He noted² that China is also the largest troop contributor among the five permanent members of the UN Security Council.

他指出，中国也是联合国安理会五个常任理事国中派出维和人员最多的国家。

Ladsous said that on his agenda during his China tour next month is the implementation³ of China's pledge made in last September to build a peacekeeping standby force of 8,000 troops. "Chinese units are very well-equipped and are well-trained," he said.

拉德苏表示，去年9月，中国曾承诺建设8000人规模的维和待命部队，他下月来华访问期间将与中方讨论相关落实事宜。他表示：“中国维和部队装备精良、训练有素。”

China's contribution to the UN peacekeeping operations budget will rise from 6.6 percent to 10.3 percent, surpassing Japan for the first time, Wang Min, China's deputy permanent representative to the UN, said in December.

中国常驻联合国副代表王民于去年12月表示，中国分摊联合国维和预算的比例将从6.6%上升到10.3%，首次超越日本。

Meanwhile, the country will also pay 7.92 percent of the total UN regular budget from 2016 to 2018, making it the third-largest contributor among 193 member states, following the United States and Japan.

同时，在2016年至2018年，中国将承担7.92%的联合国常规预算，这将使得其成为193个成员国中第三大贡献国家，仅次于美国和日本。

As long as the membership fee has been calculated in a just, impartial⁴ and reasonable manner, China will shoulder its responsibilities as a permanent member of the UN Security Council, Wang added.

王民补充说道，只要联合国会费是以公正、公平和合理的方式计算出来的，那么中国就会肩负起作为联合国安理会常任理事国的责任。

Ladsous said in the future, the UN will work with China on peacekeeping training and delivering modern equipment to peacekeeping operations.

此外，拉德苏还指出，未来联合国还将与中国在维和训练、为维和行动运输现代化装备方面展开合作。
