中国已与19欧盟成员国签署学历学位互认协议

 　　China has signed agreements on the mutual¹ recognition of higher education degrees with 19 EU member states, including France, Germany and Italy, according to the Ministry² of Education.

　　据我国教育部表示，近日，我国已与法、德、意等19个欧盟成员国签署了高等教育学历学位互认协议。

　　The ministry made the announcement at a briefing on the China-EU education ministers conference and the fourth Education Policy Dialogue between China and central and eastern European countries.

　　该部门是在中国--欧盟国家教育部长会议、第四届中国--中东欧国家教育政策对话的新闻发布会上宣布的这一消息。

　　The two meetings will be held in Beijing on October 11, and focus on the mutual recognition of credits between higher learning institutions in China and the EU, as well as the balanced flow of students between the two parties.

　　这两大会议将于10月11日在北京举行，将聚焦中国和欧盟之间的高等教育机构的学分互认，以及两地之间的学生均衡流动。

　　According to official statistics, more than 303,000 Chinese students were studying in the EU by the end of 2015, accounting³ for 24 percent of all Chinese students abroad, an increase of 7.5 percent from 2014.

　　根据官方数据显示，截至2015年底，中国在欧盟国家留学生人数超过30.3万，占我国留学生总数的24%，比2014年增长了7.5%。

　　More than 45,000 EU students came to China in 2015,accounting for 11.3 percent of all international students studying in the country last year.

　　去年，欧盟成员国来华留学生人数逾4.5万，占2015年在华留学生总数的11.3%。

　　Last year saw over 3,000 EU students receiving scholarships from the Chinese government, a rise of 12 percent on the 2014 figures.

　　同样是在去年，有3000多名欧盟学生收到了中国政府的奖学金，这一数字相比2014年上升了12%。
