The end of winter means the start of allergy1 symptoms, and top allergy experts say there are some things you should know. Certain fruits, vegetables and nuts have proteins similar to those in pollen2, and can cause the same symptoms, so watch what you eat. But for some, pollen might not be a problem at all, and you might have an allergy to mold or dust mites3. Allergists say even if you’ve been tested before, new allergies4 can develop throughout your life.
