(单词翻译:双击或拖选)
She was going in and out of consciousness in the ER, trying to describe what happened:
(Sledge1) "All she could remember was that it was a sow and two cubs2."
That bear attacked the woman, a military wife who wants to remain anonymous3, Sunday morning while she was out jogging at Anchorage's Joint4 Base Elmendorf-Richardson.
Slashed5 and bloodied6, she managed to get up and walk two miles to a road where a driver spotted7 her and called for help. Alaska Conservation Law Enforcement Officer Mark Sledge:
(Sledge) "The survival instinct for that woman is phenomenal. The trauma8 that she went through and then the walk out was heroic."
She's said to be in stable condition.
