　　Remember, child, remember, 记住，我的孩子，请记住，

　　That God is in the sky; 上帝一直在天上；

　　That He looks down on all we do, 以其清明的眼睛，

　　With an ever-wakeful eye. 关注着我们的一举一动。

　　Remember, oh remember, 记住，我的孩子，请记住，

　　That, all the day and night, 无论白天还是黑夜。

　　He sees our thoughts and actions 看透我们的思想和行为，

　　With an ever-watchful sight. 他以清明之眼，

　　Remember, child, remember, 记住，我的孩子，请记住吧，

　　That God is good and true; 上帝仁慈又正确；

　　That He wishes us to always be 他希望我们也能

　　Like Him in all we do. 时刻如他一样。

　　Remember that He ever hates 记住他永远憎恨，

　　A falsehood or a lie; 欺骗或谎言；

　　Remember He will punish, too, 请记住，他也逐渐会

　　The wicked, by and by. 惩罚那些邪恶。

　　That He is like a friend, 他就像一个朋友，

　　And wishes us to holy be, 希望我们最终能获得

　　And happy, in the end. 快乐与圣洁。

　　Remember, child, remember, 记住吧，我的孩子，一定要记住，

　　To pray to Him in heaven; 向天堂里的上帝祈祷；

　　And if you have been doing wrong, 假如你已经犯下过错，

　　Oh, ask to be forgiven. 那就乞求他的原谅。

　　Be sorry, in your little prayer, 在他耳边低语你的祷告，

　　And whisper in his ear; 充满悔恨和遗憾；

　　Ask his forgiveness and his love. 请求他的谅解和慈爱。

　　And He will surely hear. 他一定能听到。

　　That you love, with all your might, 将你全部的爱，

　　The God who watches o'er us, 给予一直在关注我们、

　　And gives us each delight; 赋予我们欢乐的上帝；
