Dialogue 1 Ａ：Mr Sanders,hello,my name is WeiFang,i'm here to pick you up,i'm from SangTong Electrical Supply.We're really glad you could make it.How was you fly?

B:Well,WeiFang,thank you for coming to the airport to pick me up,please call me Tim,my flight ,it was all right,i guess.Sure thing like a long way.It's good to be here though.

A:Picking you up is no trouble at all,you'are welcome.You're right about being a long way from Australia to China.I flew the same route¹ last spring.I thought i'd never get off the plane.Did you have direct² flight?

B:No,i had to transfer³ in HangKong,but the layover wasn't too bad,it's sure is great to be here.So what's the plan?

A:We can collect your luggage and baggage and then all take you to your hotel,we've got you booked a great hotel.That is very close to TIANANMEN Square.Have you ever been to BeiJing before?

B:Sounds wonderful,no,as a matter of fact ,i haven't been to China at all.This is my first time here,i made quite a few trips around Asia,but never had a chance to see mainland⁴ China.

A:In that case,you'll be placed to know we've also arranged⁵ some sightseeing for you while you are here,we have a car driver that can take you to see the Great Wall, the Temple of Heaven,the Summer Palace and whatever else we can manage to make a time for you in between meetings.

B:Oh,that is too kind.Thanks so much WeiFang.

Dialogue 2 A:Excuse me.Are you Mr Wallas from US?

B:Yes,i'm Michale Wallas,are you from the NingBo Group?

A:Yes,Mr Wallas,good morning ,it's very nice to meet you.I am WangLin from NingBO FangMi export and inport company. i've come to pick you up and take you to our offices,our sales manager Mr Huang is waiting for you there.

B:How do you do? Mr Lin,thank you for coming to my hotel to pick me up this morning.This is my assistant Barbo Goal Stean,she will be accompanying us to your office to begin our negotiations⁶ discussions⁷.

A:Ms GoalStean,it's a pleasure,i hope the two of you are enjoying your stay in ShangHai so far.

C:Oh,yes,Mr Lin,ShangHai is such an interesting city,it's really quite glamors sound modern.

A:Well.hopefully,you'll have a chance to do some sightseeing and shopping while you are here.ShangHai has quite an reputation⁸ for being a shopping marker,we'll try our best to finish our negotiations in time for a little relaxation⁹ time,shall we go?
