Dialogue 1 A:Now's the time to be investing in the realistic market.There is a lot of money to be made these days in realistic.A lot more profit is out there today then even a few months ago.

B:Why do you say that? What's different now than before? Where can you find the investment opportunities?

A:With the way the economy is now,there are a lot of foreclosures,interests down,and sower the price tags.It's probably the most significant low in the realistic market in the last ten years,if you buy now,when everything is cheap,wait a few years,then you will be rolling in the dole¹.

B:So where do i find the properties to invest in?

A:Keep an eye on the forclosure notice in the paper,there are always a few sway deals you can snap up,talk to a realistic agent or search the web.You can even drive around some the nice neighborhood to see with available,keep your eyes open and find the opportunities present themself quite readily.

B:You've got a few good ideas there,let's get started with our house hunting.
