A:Actually,yes,our team wants to put together a really competitive4 bid,but we are concerned about hitting your target price for the project ,do you think you could let us know what you had in mind as far as budget is concerned?
B:Price is the most important considerations we make one selecting of winning bid,unfortunately,our policy is not to do close bottom line to potential suppliers.
