China's weather observatory continues to issue an orange alert for fog on Sunday.

 

According to the National Meteorological Center, fog will be the thickest in Hebei, Shandong and Sichuan, with visibility of less than 200 meters. And visibility will be less than 500 meters in Beijing and Tianjin.

 

Meanwhile, the center also issued a yellow alert for smog. The public has been warned to take protective measures when engaging in outdoor activities, and those who suffer from respiratory diseases, are advised to stay indoors. Snow and rainy weather are expected to disperse smog on Monday and Tuesday.
