教宗方济各将访问华盛顿

At the Basilica of the National Shrine¹ of the Immaculate Conception, major preparations are underway for the visits of the Pope.

为了迎接教宗的到来，华盛顿的罗马天主教堂（Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception）正在进行着准备。

Cardinal² Donald Wuerl toured the site Thursday to check on the progress.

When we come here next we’re going to be surrounded by over 25,000 people all here just to see and pray with our Holy Father.
