B:You are relying on our skills and resources,and help us with financing in return for a cut on the profits with projects,we joinly develop.is that what you had in mind:

A:Of coure,if we go for that kind of arrangement,we may have to look into rising some venture capital,we get also look for into media area ,who specialize bio-technology feel to assist us.
