Let's start with horizontal, and you take it from there.

If you're in a car, then probably like, wear your seat belt as a — lay on your seat belt.

You start on your back, and you're gonna turn around later. It's not... you're in control. You just sleep.

Gotta lay down with my arms out, be like this.

I prefer the sprawled¹ out on the bed like a starfish with the blanket only over the bottom half of your calf², because you don't need to be very warm, but it's cold without a blanket.
