murder my accomplice², 谋杀了我的同谋

then frame an innocent tycoon³ for the crime. 然后嫁祸给一名无辜的富商

I assume you're here to gloat. 我想你是来看我出丑吧

The next time detective Gunther walks in that door, 当冈瑟探员再进来的时候

you're going to waive⁴ your right to an attorney. 你就告诉他你不打算请律师了

You will go to prison for crimes you didn't commit, 你将会为你没有犯的罪行而入狱

including downing that plane, just like my father did. 包括炸掉飞机这一项  就像我父亲一样

Only difference is, 区别在于

you're going to give a full confession⁵ 你将对你的罪行供认不讳

so that we can avoid a trial. 这样就免去审讯这一环节了

 

1 lulling   

vt.使镇静，使安静（lull的现在分词形式）

参考例句：

2 accomplice   

n.从犯，帮凶，同谋

参考例句：

• She was her husband's accomplice in murdering a rich old man.她是她丈夫谋杀一个老富翁的帮凶。
• He is suspected as an accomplice of the murder.他涉嫌为这次凶杀案的同谋。

3 tycoon   

n.有钱有势的企业家，大亨

参考例句：

• The tycoon is on the verge of bankruptcy.那名大亨濒临破产的边缘。
• The tycoon has many servants to minister to his needs.那位大亨有很多人服侍他。

4 waive   

vt.放弃，不坚持(规定、要求、权力等)

参考例句：

• I'll record to our habitat office waive our claim immediately.我立即写信给咱们的总公司提出放弃索赔。
• In view of the unusual circumstances,they agree to waive their requirement.鉴于特殊情况，他们同意放弃他们的要求。

5 confession   

n.自白，供认，承认

参考例句：

• Her confession was simply tantamount to a casual explanation.她的自白简直等于一篇即席说明。
• The police used torture to extort a confession from him.警察对他用刑逼供。
