I'm a victim myself, so I'm afraid I don't know. I'd like for you to advise me how to quit.

I think if you have a Netflix, you're already in a wee bit too deep. But you can always just cancel the account.

Give yourself a limit. Set up a timer, and when the time is up, go do something else.

Start dialing it down to maybe two shows a day, and then that'll go to one show a day. And then eventually you'll just stop watching it.

Do not watch it for at least one month. But if you still are addicted to Netflix, you have to wait a year.

Go on cable more or read a book. Do your homework.

You can try maybe taking a nap for the time that you are normally watching Netflix.

Try to master your splits². Oh yeah. Start doing some tumbling³, and that'll get your mind off of Netflix.

1 addicted
