Dialogue1 A:Mr Purgens,i am so sorry to bother you with this right now.But i was wondering if you received my email about getting some extra time off?

B:Yes,i did receive your email.i am available to discuss that with you right now,considering your personal situation,i would a proof of short-term leave for you.i dont think the company will be able to go for a whole six weeks off which is what you ask for.

A:We've got some major problems with the shipment⁵ from china,all the lighting fixtures⁶ have been damaged in transportation.We have no useable lights.we really need you come through for this one.

B:I can look into some potential options what kind of solutions we can offer at this point.But i have to tell you something this last minute will be costly⁷.

A:Costly?are you kidding?with how much we've already paid out to you guys for contructions?

B:I really emphasize with your problem,but we can't take responsibility for mistake that we have no control over.
