【英音模仿秀】起来，不愿缄默的作家们

模仿文本：I think we haven't seen a petition like this, particularly from writers and poets in Iran who were amongst some of the most oppressed sections of the Iranian society. I suspect the petition itself has got something to do with the fact that we are getting close to the presidential elections in June. And they expect, I suppose, that the political atmosphere is going to open up at least to some degree in the months ahead of the elections and they want to take advantage of that. 

 

译文：我想我们从没见过这样的请愿，尤其是这场请愿活动还是来自伊朗的作家和诗人群体，他们属于伊朗社会中受压制的群体。我认为这场请愿活动本身和我们即将在六月举行选举有关系。这些作家和诗人估计在选举前的这几个月政治气氛能够至少松动一些，他们想要利用这一点。
