A Queensland woman has appeared in court charged with trying to kill two children at a house in Murray Field north of Brisbane. The 55-year-old cried and asked for cigarettes during the brief hearing at the Murichdoor Magistrates5 Court. Her bail6 hearing has been agenda to Monday.
And bad weather has prevented divers from searching for the wreckage bodies and black boxes of Air Asia flight QZ8501. The plane plunged7 into the water on Sunday about 40 minutes into its flight from Indonesian city of Surabaya to Singapore. A hundred and sixty-two people were on board. Six bodies have been found so far.
