 Time is running out now for the two Australians on death row in Bali.Indonesia has confirmed that Andrew Chan and Myuran Sukumaran will be moved from their prison this week for execution on an island off Java.Their lawyers are pushing ahead with their last ditch appeal,and communication minister Malcolm Turnbull has added his voice to the calls for mercy.
