孩子被欺负怎么办? 六成家长赞成以暴制暴

 　　A kindergarten in Leshan, Sichuan, conducted a survey among parents to find their reaction to campus bullying².

　　四川乐山某幼儿园近日在家长中开展了一项关于他们如何应对校园欺凌的调查。

　　About 60% said they emphasized training their children to be tough and encouraged their children to fight back when bullied³, while 25% suggested their kids stay away from those who bully¹ others rather than answering violence with violence.

　　约60%的家长表示注重培养孩子强硬的性格，鼓励孩子受欺负时要"打回去"；25%的家长则建议孩子远离施暴者，而不是以暴制暴。

　　Local resident Wu Ping (a pseudonym) said her 5-year-old son met bullies⁴ in kindergarten and his grandfather urged him to fight back.

　　乐山市民吴萍(化名)表示，自己5岁的儿子在幼儿园被欺负了，他的爷爷要求他打回去。

　　She disagreed with that way of coping, but also worried her son might become a coward.

　　吴萍不认同这种处理方式，但也担心自己的儿子可能变得懦弱。

　　Yang Jiao, who organized the survey, said 90 percent of parents reported their children brawled⁵ with others or were bullied at school.

　　组织该项调查的杨姣表示，90%的家长反映，自己的孩子有和小伙伴起争执或被欺负的经历。

　　But it also showed 9 percent of parents admitted hitting their children often and 86 percent only occasionally. Thirty-four percent of parents fought with each other in front of their kids.

　　但是调查还显示，9%的家长承认自己经常打孩子，86%的家长表示偶尔打过孩子。有34%的父母表示，曾当着孩子的面在家里吵过或打过架。

　　Xiong Bingqi, an educational expert, urged parents not to advocate violence against violence because it's possible that a child may become aggressive in later stages of life.
