An emergency warning has been issued for residents in Melbourne's north because of hazardous¹ air quality. Residents in the suburb of Dallas are on high alert as strong winds continue to fan a fire burning at a paper recycling plant. Thick smoke has blanketed parts of the city prompting authorities to issue several health warnings.
